NEW SCHOOL YEAR:

AUGUST 16!

Dear Parents, Grandparents, and Guardians -

I’m very pleased to welcome you and to thank you for choosing St. Joseph Mission School for your child’s education. We are looking forward to an excellent educational and spiritual school year.

Because this is a Catholic school, we wish to focus on helping your child develop a truly personal relationship with our Lord and God, Jesus Christ. Quoting Mother Teresa of Calcutta: “Pray and forgive.” Jesus is here in person to help us to pray and to truly learn how to forgive.

We hope to promote accountability, safety, and respect for all stakeholders. We want all students to be “engaged in learning” and to know their native language and culture.

You are always welcome to visit our school. Please stop by my office for a cup of coffee. We want your ideas and recommendations as to how our school can be better. You are important in making sure your child does not miss the school bus. You are important in helping to make sure your child completes their daily homework. You are important in seeing that your child gets eight ours of sleep, homecooked meals, and plenty of love and support from family members.

“Let the children come to me, and do not prevent them; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” (Matthew 19:14)

Blessings to you and your family,

Deacon Daniel Martin, School Principal
